CRL Management Limited, a rapidly growing structural insurance company, wish to recruit for an executive PA for its Managing Director. They will be responsible for providing dedicated, comprehensive and confidential support to MD, helping to manage and prioritise his workload. The successful candidate will work with senior managers, top executives, and directors of the company providing administrative and clerical support. All applicants must have at least 3 years’ experience at Executive PA level within a busy office environment and a have a flexible approach to working hours as the company has offices based around the world in varying time zones.
Assisting with any administrative task
Setting appointments/diary management.
Booking hotels, flights, rooms
Making phone calls
Performing internet research
Liaising with clients
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Computer literacy including advanced Word and Excel
Audio typist minimum 60WPM
Being self motivated
Good communication skills.
Persistence in completing difficult tasks
High level attention to detail
The successful candidate should possess any of the following:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree
• LCCI Private/Executive Secretarial Diploma
These may include specialisation in Business Administration, English, Information Technology, or Management.
